Summer & Sound Circle - June 7th
Join us for a special sunset circle as we welcome the summer season with intention, connection, and sound. In celebration of the Summer Solstice, our June Women’s Circle will be held outdoors and will feature a deeply nourishing sound bath led by guest facilitator and sound healer Crystal Olson, who will be hosting us in her beautiful backyard space in Westminster.
Crystal will guide us through a chakra-aligning experience using crystal singing bowls, drums, rattles, rain stick, chimes & a variety of other tools, inviting balance, renewal, and harmony as we embrace the energy of the sun and the abundance of summer. This is a time to slow down, connect with nature, and tune into the wisdom of your body and spirit.
Come as you are. Bring a yoga mat or blanket, something to sit or lie on comfortably, and anything else that supports your comfort outdoors.
This circle is open to all who identify as women and are seeking a heart-centered space for reflection, healing, and sisterhood.

This evening is all about freedom, fun, and honoring the power of this community we've built together. With headphones on and music in your soul, we'll dance under the sky, reconnect with our bodies, and amplify our joy in motion.
Whether you’ve been with us from the beginning or are joining for the first time, this celebration is for YOU. Come dance, laugh, and be seen.
